If I could give SURE SAFE GO fall device pendant 10 stars I would! John was INCREDIBLY helpful and reassuring, he went out of his way to help us when I was in panic mode after my lovely mum fell again and broke all her teeth and arm out walking. I live 3 hours away and mum is on her own in her flat.I had tried another fall device but it didn't work in mums building due to bad signal there, this was very stressful.

I am 87 and was worried what to do staff were very helpful and I now have joined and so pleased with my sure safe alarm , thank you .

Fabulous service from Terry and John. My mother in laws unit failed a day after the warranty ended but they helped try to fix but after no success agreed to replace the unit which I thought was very fair.We decided to upgrade to the suresafe plus watch with GPS and managed to get a great deal. Great service and very professional help from tech support and sales…. Recommend.

My mother in law has had the FallSafe system since last year and today she had to use it as she had had a fall. The team were excellent, quick to respond and alerted us immediately when they got no response from her.I had already planned to order a set for my parents and talked through with John what exactly was needed, in which he offered excellent service, so ordered a set there and then which arrived the next day.
